We are partnering with a fast-growing coaching and digital services brand to hire a highly organized and tech-savvy GoHighLevel Specialist & Social Media Coordinator. This is a remote, part-time opportunity with a focus on CRM management, funnel building, email marketing, and social media coordination.

Key Responsibilities
\n
Set up and maintain GHL CRM, pipelines, automations, and workflows
\n
Build and optimize landing pages, funnels, forms, and payment integrations
\n
Implement automation workflows for emails, SMS, AI chatbots, and client onboarding
\n
Manage and schedule daily social media content across platforms
\n
Create and manage nurture email sequences and monitor campaign performance
\n
Use AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation, automation, and workflow enhancements
\n
Test, troubleshoot, and document funnels, automations, and system operations
\n
Candidate Requirements
\n
2+ years of GoHighLevel CRM and funnel building experience
\n
Strong CRM management, automation, and marketing funnel expertise
\n
Proficiency in ClickFunnels; familiarity with Kajabi is a plus
\n
Experience with daily social media content scheduling and basic video editing
\n
Understanding of email marketing strategies and AI tool utilization
\n
Highly organized, proactive, with strong problem-solving skills
\n
Excellent written and spoken English communication
\n
