Tax Manager - Corporate & International Tax

We are partnering with a leading global public Practice services firm seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join their growing Tax Consulting team in Melbourne.

This opportunity is ideal for a Corporate Tax professional who wants to move beyond compliance and work on complex advisory engagements, including international tax matters, M&A transactions, tax structuring, and supporting a diverse portfolio of clients.

The opportunity:

• Provide corporate tax advisory services to multinational groups, large private businesses, and growing organisations
• Work on complex Australian and cross-border taxation matters
• Support M&A tax, tax due diligence, and business structuring engagements
• Partner closely with experienced Tax Partners and collaborate across service lines
• Continue developing your technical expertise and leadership capability within a globally connected firm

About you:

• 5+ years’ experience within Corporate Tax in an Australian public practice environment
• Strong experience across corporate tax advisory, international tax, M&A tax, or tax structuring
• Background from Big 4, mid-tier, or reputable accounting firms preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise clients on complex tax matters
