Join our Global Credit Assurance team based in Sydney and play a key role in the Risk Management Group Line 2 assurance of risks and frameworks.
This is a 12-month contract.

As a Manager in our team, you will contribute to the delivery of credit assurance review programs, covering the financial risk frameworks which involves, sample testing credit delegation holder approvals to identify, capture, and drive mitigation of key financial risks.
You will identify and elevate any vulnerabilities in the supporting risk architecture of policies, procedures, systems and the control environment which may produce deviation from risk appetite. You will also utilise credit risk data to identify risks and trends to improve business risk management and provide insights and advice to the business on best practice for design, measurement, analysis, evaluation and reporting of credit risk.
Our Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks. We are a global team that aims to manage the risks of today and anticipate the risks of tomorrow. Our divisions include compliance, credit, financial crime risk, market risk, operational risk, aggregate risk and prudential, and central.
