THE OPPORTUNITY

We're seeking a highly skilled and commercially minded Senior Manager, Commercial & Financial Analysis to join our team in Cremorne. Reporting into our Development Director, this pivotal role will see you take ownership of Kokoda's financial models, bringing clarity and insight to some of the country's most ambitious projects.

\n

You'll play a key role in shaping investment decisions and supporting our growth strategy, providing commercial analysis, financial feasibility and scenario planning that will directly influence the direction of our landmark developments. From luxury residential to mixed-use precincts and hospitality ventures, your work will underpin the future of Kokoda's portfolio.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Build, maintain and operate Kokoda's project feasibility and financial models across residential, commercial and hospitality projects
\n
• Deliver clear, data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making at Senior Management and Executive level
\n
• Partner with the Development Director and project teams to assess commercial viability and optimise outcomes
\n
• Provide scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to guide project strategy and risk management
\n
• Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for Senior Management, the Executive and external stakeholders
\n
• Monitor project performance against forecasts and provide proactive recommendations
\n
• Support funding, joint venture and capital raising activities through robust analysis and modelling
\n
• Collaborate across finance, sales, marketing and development to ensure alignment of commercial objectives
\n

ABOUT YOU

\n

\n
• Degree qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related field; post-grad qualifications (CFA, CA, CPA, MBA) highly regarded
\n
• Proven experience in financial modelling, commercial analysis and feasibility assessment within property development or a related sector
\n
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
\n
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and presentation skills, with confidence at Senior Management and Executive level
\n
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability, ideally supported by exposure to industry-specific modelling tools
\n
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented and strategic thinker with the ability to operate at pace
\n
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
