The Role

A predominantly adult caseload across community and clinic settings, with flexibility to shape your week around your strengths. You'll be working with a diverse mix of clients, giving you plenty of variety without losing consistency.

What your work will involve:

- Equipment prescription and home modifications \n
- Supporting clients with physical and psychosocial needs \n
- NDIS-focused work with a strong emphasis on outcomes \n
- Building long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders \n
