About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Manager, Business Services. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Services, this full-time and permanent position is based in Vistra North Sydney and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Business Services team and its' growth. We're looking for a proactive, solutions-oriented professional to join our Business Services team. In this professional services role, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure top-tier service delivery to our clients, and drive team performance through effective workflow management and smart delegation. You'll also play a key role in developing talent—mentoring and coaching junior team members both locally and offshore.
