Senior UI/UX Designer (Baseline Clearance preferred)

Contract: 12 months (likely extensions)

Location: Canberra / Sydney / Melbourne / Brisbane (Hybrid - 4 days onsite)

Clearance: Australian Citizenship required; Baseline Clearance preferred

\n

Overview

\n

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to design and deliver a modern internal portal. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to create intuitive, user‐centred digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Design UI/UX for web or mobile applications
\n
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and functional specifications
\n
• Develop user stories, storyboards, and design assets
\n
• Facilitate co‐design workshops and stakeholder interviews
\n
• Collaborate with delivery teams to align design with business goals
\n

\n

Skills & Experience

\n

\n
• 8-10+ years' experience as a UI/UX Designer
\n
• Strong portfolio showcasing modern UI/UX work
\n
• Proficiency with Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
\n
• Experience in consulting or government environments is an advantage
\n
