A large federal government organisation is undertaking a significant technology uplift to deliver modern, fit‐for‐purpose digital solutions. An experienced EL1‐equivalent Scrum Master is required to support delivery within a complex, enterprise‐scale ICT environment, with a strong focus on Salesforce‐based platforms.
\n
As the Scrum Master, you will act as a leader within an Agile delivery environment, supporting squads to deliver high‐quality outcomes while embedding best‐practice Agile and DevOps ways of working. You will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and release leadership to drive consistent, predictable delivery across Salesforce solutions.
