Senior Solutions Architect

We’re working with a leading retail organisation in Melbourne that is undergoing a significant digital and commerce transformation. They are looking for a Senior Solution Architect with deep experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performing eCommerce solutions.

\n

This role will sit across both business and technology teams, helping shape the architecture of a modern retail platform while ensuring integration across key systems including CRM, payments, OMS and fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities \n

\n
• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce Commerce Cloud within a large retail environment
\n
• Design scalable omnichannel commerce solutions across digital, in-store and mobile channels
\n
• Define integration architecture between Commerce Cloud, Salesforce ecosystem, ERP, OMS and payment platforms
\n
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure architecture is deliverable, secure and scalable
\n
• Provide architectural leadership across multiple workstreams within a broader digital transformation program
\n
• Engage with senior stakeholders across technology, digital and retail operations
\n

Key Experience \n

\n
• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect within large-scale retail or eCommerce environments
\n
• Strong hands‑on architecture experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
\n
• Experience designing integrated retail platforms across CRM, commerce, payments, loyalty and fulfilment
\n
• Strong understanding of API‑led architecture, microservices and cloud platforms
\n
• Experience working within complex transformation programs involving multiple vendors and delivery teams
\n
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to communicate architecture to both technical and business audiences
\n
