The Opportunity:

We're searching for a passionate, hands-on Centre Director to lead our Hurstville team with heart and purpose (95 places). What You will Do:

• Lead and inspire your team of educators to deliver outstanding care and education.
\n
• Build a positive, inclusive, and supportive culture that puts people first.

• Engage families and the community, fostering strong, lasting relationships.

• Drive quality and compliance across every aspect of the centre's operations.
\n
• Oversee budgeting and resources, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
\n
• Create and implement programs that celebrate each child's unique strengths and potential.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
\n
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Centre Director or similar leadership role.
\n
• Current Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR certification, and National Police Check (within 6 months).
\n
• Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and compliance standards.
\n
• A natural people leader, confident, compassionate, and committed to growth.
\n
