Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced consulting professional to join a growing Strategy & Transformation practice. Working with a broad range of clients, particularly across government, justice, community services, and not-for-profit sectors, you will help organisations navigate complex change and achieve lasting business outcomes.

This position offers exposure to a variety of transformation initiatives, from strategic planning and operating model redesign through to process optimisation and implementation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Contributing to strategic transformation programs and organisational change initiatives
\n
• Assisting clients in reviewing and improving operating models, governance structures, and business processes
\n
• Developing high-quality client deliverables including reports, business cases, presentations, and recommendations
\n
• Facilitating stakeholder workshops, interviews, and consultation sessions
\n
• Managing project activities, timelines, and key deliverables
\n
• Building strong relationships with client stakeholders and project sponsors
\n
• Identifying opportunities to improve organisational effectiveness and service outcomes
\n
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project results
\n
• Supporting business development activities, proposal preparation, and thought leadership initiatives
\n

About You

\n

• Experience within a consulting, advisory, or professional services environment
\n
• Exposure to strategy, transformation, organisational change, or process improvement programs
\n
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
\n
• The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
\n
• Experience preparing professional reports, presentations, business cases, and client documentation
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
\n
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
\n
• Experience working with structured project delivery methodologies, including Agile or hybrid approaches
\n
• Knowledge of operating model design, governance, business improvement, or organisational development frameworks will be highly regarded
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
