About the role
\n
Are you a compassionate leader with strong clinical experience in youth mental health?
\n
We're seeking a dynamic Team Leader to lead and support our multidisciplinary team at headspace Mount Druitt. In this pivotal role, you'll provide operational and clinical supervision, guide evidence-based practice, support performance outcomes, and contribute to strategic direction—all while making a tangible impact on the mental health of young people.
\n
Key Responsibilities:

- \n
- Supervise clinicians, conduct case reviews, and lead various meetings relating to intake and client management \n
- Guide and support evidence-based practices within the team \n
- Oversee key partnerships and maintain stakeholder relationships \n
- Train and mentor new clinicians \n
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives with the Operations Manager \n
- Maintain oversight of service KPIs and reporting \n
- Deliver direct client support as needed \n
\n
Essential Criteria
\n
- \n
- Approved tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline (such as Psychology, Social Work, Registered Nursing or Occupational Therapy), and provisional or full membership with AHPRA or an appropriate professional body \n
- Driver's Licence \n
\n
