We're seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Supervisor to assist in leading our Front of House operations and support the next chapter of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bar operations and deliver exceptional customer service
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages
• Lead, train, and support the bar team to maintain service standards
• Manage stock, ordering, stocktakes, and minimise wastage
• Ensure compliance with RSA, food safety, and workplace health & safety requirements
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Work closely with the management and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service

About You

• Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or Senior Bartender in a busy hospitality venue
• Barista and bartender experience is essential
• Strong knowledge of coffee, cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
• Current RSA certificate (essential)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Experience with POS and hospitality systems is highly regarded
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)

Requirements

• Permanent Australian Residency (working visa/visa sponsorship is not available for this role)
• Current QLD RSA
• Reliable transport and a valid driver's licence
