Your Role:
- Support the Store Manager in leading day-to-day operations
- Coach and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service
- Achieve and exceed store KPIs and budgets

About You:
- Minimum 1 year retail management experience
- Experience leading a small team (2+)
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
