Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located at Gladesville NSW, for a highly motivated, self driven, focused and ambitious Project Architect or someone ready to step into this role.

A carparking space is provided, and there is also plenty of untimed carparking in adjacent streets.

The Project Architect will oversee the design and execution of architectural projects, including conceptual development, technical drafting, and detailed construction plans. Responsibilities include managing project submittals, collaborating with clients and consultants, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving sustainability practices. The role also involves integrating Building Information Modeling (BIM) into project workflows and supervising project teams to achieve successful project delivery.

The candidate shall have-

• Advanced expertise in Archicad 25 and above.
• Strong expertise in Project Management and coordination
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and collaborate with diverse project teams
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Building Design
• Registered architects or aspirations to become registered

Salary commensurate with experience and suitability.
