We’re seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to support our Salem Aged Care team with administration, workforce coordination, sales and occupancy management, helping create a positive experience for prospective residents and their families while contributing to the effective day-to-day operations of the service.

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the service. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will provide high-level operational, administrative, financial, occupancy and governance support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the site.
This is a diverse and rewarding role where you will coordinate administrative functions, oversee occupancy and admissions processes, support workforce compliance, and contribute to quality and financial outcomes. You’ll be a key point of contact for residents, families, staff and external stake holders, helping to deliver an exceptional experience for those who call our service home.
