About the Role

As the Construction Support Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our project delivery team and ensuring our operations run efficiently. You'll work across our office, warehouse, and project sites, providing practical support wherever it's needed.

No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and contributing to successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and transport support across the business.

• Conduct pre-site inspections

• Prepare and assist with onsite quotations and project documentation.

• Respond promptly to site issues and help coordinate practical solutions.

• Support warehouse and office operations as required.

• Assist estimators and project staff with administrative and operational tasks.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation with a high level of attention to detail.

• Build positive working relationships with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, adaptable, and enjoys taking ownership of their work.

You’ll ideally have:

• Construction industry experience (preferred).

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• The ability to solve problems and think proactively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.

• A flexible attitude and willingness to start early when required to support operational needs.

• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Essential Requirements

• Current Australian Driver Licence (company vehicle provided during work hours).

• White Card (Construction Induction Card).

• Construction industry experience.

• Willingness to undertake ongoing training and professional development.
