Join a long-standing residential builder delivering quality homes across the Mid North Coast.
We're seeking an experienced Residential Building Estimator to join our dynamic team. This role suits someone who thrives on accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate take-offs and cost estimates
- Prepare detailed BOQs and tender documentation
- Manage supplier and trade purchase orders
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to source accurate pricing for our projects
- Manage budgets, variations, and progress estimates throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with NCC, Australian Standards, and NSW building codes
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in residential estimating (single, duplex or medium-density builds)
- Strong understanding of NSW construction methods and materials
- Proficiency with Databuild and/or Planswift estimating software preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software i.e. excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Trade background preferred but not essential
