Scotford Fennessy is seeking an experienced Underground Shift Supervisor to step into a key leadership role at an established underground operation in WA. You'll be joining a well‐structured environment with steady leadership, strong maintenance support and clear operational standards — allowing you to focus on leading crews and driving performance underground.

About You

- \n
- Proven experience as an Underground Shift Supervisor in hard rock mining \n
- Strong operational knowledge of underground production and safety systems \n
- WA Underground Shift Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain) \n
- Hands‐on leadership style with strong underground communication \n
- Ability to pass pre‐employment medical and mobilisation requirements \n
- Full Australian working rights \n

The client is looking to secure a capable Supervisor and will negotiate salary based on experience.
