Metcalf Heli Services is seeking asuitably qualified UH60 / S70 Utility & Fire Pilot licensed on theS70 Black Hawk to join our close-knit team.

The Role

\n

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Long Line pilot to take a leading role as a full time UH60 / S70 Utility & Fire Pilot. You'll be working as part of a small, dynamic team where your skills and input will be highly valued. Based at Essendon Airport

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Lead black hawk pilot
\n
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
\n
• Answering to the CEO
\n
• Collaborate with pilots, operations staff, and other engineers to ensure aircraft readiness.
\n

\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• Current CASA licence required
\n
• Type rating UH60/ S70
\n
• Minimum 500 hours on type
\n
• 2,000+ hours of Vertical Reference (100+ feet Long Line) experience
\n
• Previous fire and utility experience is required
\n
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards.
\n
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
\n
• Ability to work independently and within a small team.
\n

Desirable (but not essential)

• Experience working in commercial helicopter operations.
\n
• Willingness to travel or work flexible hours as required.
\n
