Are you an experienced marketing leader looking to make a direct impact within a thriving Australian business? I am currently partnering with an established leader in the manufacturing sector to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager for their team based in Melbourne's West.

This is a high-visibility, hybrid strategic/tactical role where you will design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, lead campaign execution, and guide a small internal team.

Key Responsibilities \n

• Strategic Growth: Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and support overall business growth.
\n
• Campaign Management: Lead integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, and traditional media channels.
\n
• Brand & Content Oversight: Maintain brand consistency while driving the creation of digital assets, website content, brochures, and eDMs.
\n
• Leadership & Mentorship: Guide internal design and marketing support staff while working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
\n
• Analytics & Insights: Monitor campaign performance metrics to provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

What You Bring \n

• Experience: Senior marketing experience with a strong track record in both strategic planning and execution.
\n
• Versatility: Comfortable driving broad strategies while staying hands-on with daily content and campaign execution.
\n
• Communication & Management: Strong project management abilities coupled with excellent stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Technical Proficiency (Desirable): Exposure to WordPress, Microsoft Office, or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
