We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Educational Leader to join our YMCA Hilliard Outside School Hours Care team on a permanent part time basis.
In this role, you’ll help shape fun, engaging programs that support children’s learning and development outside of school hours. You’ll guide and support a team of educators, bring creative ideas to life, and make sure every child feels safe, supported, and included.

We’re a not-for-profit organisation with a strong community focus. We’ve recently been awarded government funding through the ECEC Worker Retention Grant that increases your take home pay and we are investing in the training, support and professional development of our educators.
With the guidance of our experienced Children’s Services Leadership Team, your responsibilities will include:
YMCA Queensland provides Outside School Hours Care services to 60 school communities across South East Queensland. Our programs are built around belonging, choice, and fun, and we work in close partnership with families, schools and communities. Children in our care explore, create, play and learn in safe, inclusive and engaging environments. We live our values every day — we are caring, honest, respectful, responsible and fun!
