We are looking for a organised, detail-driven Venue Operations Coordinator to keep things running smoothly across a premium Sydney CBD venue for a 4.5-week temp engagement starting early August.

\n

This is a practical, varied role covering the full coordination cycle, from inbox and enquiries through to quotes, invoicing, site visits and space setup. If you have worked in venue operations, events coordination or a similar behind-the-scenes role and you take pride in keeping things moving, this one is for you.

Perfect for a venue operations or events coordinator available from early August who thrives on variety and gets satisfaction from a well-run day.

In This Role, You Will

\n

\n
• Manage inbox enquiries and coordinate bookings from initial contact through to confirmation
\n
• Prepare and issue quotes and invoices accurately and promptly
\n
• Conduct site visits with clients and prospective bookers
\n
• Set up and style spaces ahead of events and meetings to the required standard
\n
• Keep coordination and administration ticking over throughout the engagement
\n

About You

• Background in venue operations, events coordination or a similar role
\n
• Comfortable managing a busy inbox and juggling competing priorities
\n
• Confident with quotes, invoicing and basic financial administration
\n
• Available for a 4-week engagement from early August, Monday to Friday
\n
