What Youll Do

Learn YouTube Content Strategy

Write Content That Engages

Assist with Thumbnail Strategy

Learn how high-performing thumbnails are created by contributing ideas for:

Youll work with designers to understand how titles and thumbnails work together to increase click-through rates.

Research & Analyse

Internship Details

Position: YouTube Content Strategy & Marketing Intern

Internship Type: Unpaid Internship

Duration: 3 Months

Location: Onsite North Strathfield NSW

Schedule: Minimum 23 days per week (flexible around university schedules)

Potential Opportunity: Outstanding interns may be considered for future paid internship or full-time opportunities subject to business needs and performance.

Required Skills:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing automation preferably with specific experience in the real estate and wedding industries. - Proficiency in marketing automation software (e.g. Zoho Klaviyo Campaign Monitor HubSpot Marketo). - Strong understanding of email marketing and SMS campaign strategies and best practices. - Experience with setting up and optimizing marketing automation workflows and email sequences. - Knowledge of web forms integration and lead capture strategies. - Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to drive decision-making. - Excellent communication and project management skills. - Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. - Familiarity with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
