As our successful candidate you will set and drive the national account strategy, pricing discipline, trading terms, margin performance and the commercial framework that supports consistent growth across states and customer segments.You’ll work closely with Sales State General Managers, and the Finance, Marketing, Product and Supply Chain teams to align national strategy with local execution, drive stronger customer partnerships, and drive consistent, commercially disciplined approach across the merchant customer base.This role will suit a highly experienced sales leader who is commercially sharp, resilient and confident operating at pace. You’ll bring a proven track record managing major national or enterprise accounts, strong commercial leadership across pricing and trading terms, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex B2B environment.We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, build credibility quickly, and balance strategic thinking with practical execution. You will be analytical, customer-focused and comfortable working through ambiguity, while bringing the energy, hunger and leadership capability to lift strategic account management across the business.**What you’ll bring:*** Proven experience managing large-scale national, enterprise, merchant or retail accounts.* Strong commercial capability, including pricing, trading terms, margin discipline and growth delivery.* The ability to influence and drive change across functions, states and senior leadership groups.* A sharp analytical mindset, with confidence using performance insights to drive better commercial outcomes.* Strong communication, resilience and the ability to lead through complexity with pace.For the right person, this is a high-impact role with significant visibility, broad commercial ownership and a clear opportunity to shape how strategic customer partnerships are led nationally across GWA.Ready to apply?
