Exciting Opportunity: Loan Processing / Client Support Specialist (Full-Time)
Join SMART Business Solutions Mortgage & Lending – an award-winning and growing team based in Mornington on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Loan Processing / Client Support Specialist to join our Mortgage & Lending team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in being the person who keeps everything moving behind the scenes.
Whether you already have experience in mortgage broking or you're an experienced administrator looking to build a career in the industry, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for the right attitude, strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn, we can provide the training.
The successful applicant will be confident working independently, following established processes, communicating effectively, and becoming the trusted support person for our Mortgage Broker. You'll enjoy taking ownership, building strong relationships with clients, and helping ensure every application progresses smoothly from start to finish.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You’ll play an important role in supporting clients through their lending journey while ensuring applications, documentation, and processes move efficiently from start to finish.
As the key support person to our Mortgage Broker, you'll coordinate with clients and lenders to help keep applications progressing smoothly while delivering an exceptional client experience.
