Our client is a global investment firm seeking aSnr Desktop Support Analystto be based in theirSydney office. This is a well-paid position requiring the applicant to beworking in-office 5-days per weekin support of the Sydney team.Ideally you will have a minimum of 4 years financial services IT Desktop experience in Australia.
This position is within theTechnology Services – Global Desktop Support business unitto undertake numerous IT support tasks, both hardware and software alike, to act as the businesses primary Desktop Support officer for the Sydney and Melbourne offices, as well as other remote offices when needed. The Successful candidate will also be the primary point of contact for clients regarding any technical issues, production problems, and inquiries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, documenting, and monitoring desktop solutions to create a seamless experience for any business user. They will be welcomed into an Agile, Flexible working environment with the requirement of working occasional off-hour and weekend support to provide emergency business continuity or other critical support as needed.
