We are seeking a proactive and organisedTransportAdministratorto join a busy transport and logistics team based in Erskine Park. About you:

- Previous administration experience, ideally withintransport, logistics, or supply chain. \n
- Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic. \n
- Ability to commit to core hours8:00am - 4:00pm, with occasional flexibility outside these times. \n
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. \n
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. \n
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising in a busy environment. \n

About the role:

- \n
- Coordination of transport schedules and logistics documentation. \n
- Data entry, record keeping, and reporting. \n
- Liaising with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams. \n
- Tracking shipments and resolving issues proactively. \n
- Preparing invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documentation. \n
- Supporting continuous process improvements to streamline operations. \n
- Familiarity with transport management systems or ERP software is highly desirable. \n
