The Opportunity

This growing firm is seeking an Associate Director to bolster their Business Services & Tax team. The role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with strong experience within an Australian accounting firm, coupled with CA/CPA qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Manage a broad range of portfolios for clients, focusing on business advisory services \n
- Oversee tax planning, advisory and compliance for large SME individuals and businesses \n
- Provide strategic financial advice to clients to drive growth within their own businesses \n
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals \n
- Contribute to the firm's growth and business development initiatives \n

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
\n
- \n
- Extensive experience working in an Australian accounting firm \n
- CA or CPA qualifications \n
- Focus on technical tax issues for private clients \n
- Strong advisory skills and a proven track record in providing value‐added services \n
- Excellent communication and leadership skills \n
- A proactive approach to client relationships and business development \n
- Be a current Director looking for a clear pathway to equity or an Associate Director/Senior Manager who feels blocked from progressing and is looking for a new opportunity \n
