About the Role

\n

A major client delivery program is underway involving the build and rollout of a new product across an existing application platform and a modern SaaS cloud environment. This is an opportunity to guide the full delivery lifecycle across two technical teams and support a market‐sensitive implementation that includes production go‐lives and regulatory oversight. As the Scrum Master, you will work closely with Technology and Implementation leaders to align requirements, coordinate cross‐team dependencies, and ensure the successful delivery of an integrated service. You will coach teams, uplift Agile practices, manage communication across stakeholders, and operate within a fast‐moving, cloud‐enabled environment. The role offers exposure to senior technical leaders, offshore stakeholders, and high‐value client work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies for both Application and Cloud teams
\n
• Guide teams in Agile principles, collaboration, and continuous improvement
\n
• Identify and remove delivery impediments early to maintain project momentum
\n
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning
\n
• Maintain transparent reporting using Jira and Confluence
\n
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to internal and client stakeholders
\n
• Coordinate work across developers, testers, BAs, architects, and product owners
\n
• Ensure alignment between application development and cloud platform delivery
\n
• Manage risks, compliance considerations, and production‐readiness requirements
\n
• Support effective vendor and offshore collaboration, including one weekly evening meeting
\n
• Contribute to the uplift of Agile maturity and delivery capability
\n

Skills, Experience, and Attributes

\n

\n
• 3‐5 years' experience as a Scrum Master delivering application and cloud or SaaS solutions
\n
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and the software development lifecycle
\n
• Demonstrated experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams
\n
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting practices
\n
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict‐resolution skills
\n
• Ability to thrive in fast‐paced, changing environments
\n
• Desirable: PSM or CSM certification, financial services or regulated environment experience, and exposure to large‐scale integration or transformation programs
\n
• Having previous experience with a wealth / platform / fund administration software company is highly desirable.
