About the role:
Trade Team Leaders demonstrate emerging or developed leadership this role you will draw on your mechanical & auto parts knowledge providing front-line technical support product advice & assistance to Repco customers in relation to technical & sales enquiries.
Other requirements:
Have a safety mindset & always strive to provide the safest work environment
Lead a team of Drivers & Parts Interpreters with a focus on coaching & development
Coordinate Driver delivery schedules
Provide exceptional customer service
Sound computer skills
Be a team player working collaboratively to ensure the success of the store
Availability to work alternating weekends
Hold a valid drivers licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time
Roll up your sleeves toreceive dispatch and put away stock.(This is a handson role that involves lifting bending and climbing as part of your day)
