What youll be doing

  • Mentor coach and formally supervise junior Speech Pathologists.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy across home school and community settings.
  • Complete assessments and develop meaningful individualised therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists Psychologists Physiotherapists and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
  • Help build a positive clinical culture where clinicians genuinely enjoy coming to work.

Youll thrive here if you...

  • Are a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist.
  • Have NDIS experience.
  • Enjoy mentoring and developing other clinicians.
  • Are passionate about evidence-based practice and leadership.
