You will work with a dynamic team to deliver Cisco-authorized training in areas including : Current Cisco Certified Systems Instructor (CCSI) credentialExperience delivering Cisco coursesCertifications in CCNP Enterprise and CCNP Data CenterProficiency in courses such as ENCOR, DCCOR, DCACI, DCID, DCCUS, and DCIT is required.Highly DesirableExperience or willingness to gain accreditation in Cisco Security (e.g., SISE, SCOR) and Cisco Service Provider (e.g., CLSOR).Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Cisco training courses via instructor-led sessions and virtual platformsApply real-world experience to enhance learning outcomesIncorporate adult learning principles and instructional best practicesCollaborate with the Product Team on marketing initiativesExperience RequiredMinimum 3–5 years of hands-on networking or data center experience, ideally with Cisco technologiesProven experience in technical training for adult learnersExperience with Cisco hardware and software in enterprise / data center solutionsAbility to translate complex technical concepts into engaging learning experiencesFamiliarity with instructional design and eLearning platforms is a plusExperience working with corporate clients, system integrators, or managed service providers is advantageousNext StepsIf interested, visit our careers website to learn more about Lumify Group's culture and opportunities.
