And now, we’re extending our reach and impact even further.**Your opportunity**As a **Cook (Casual),** you will ensure a high standard of food and service to Cafe customers and functions through preparation of safe, quality food products and service clients and customers’ needs by leading and completing tasks and attending to all aspects of health and safety.With integrity and resilience, you will:* Prepare and present quality meals in accordance with approved menus and recipes.* Maintain food safety, HACCP, and WHS standards.* Manage stock rotation, stock control, and assist with ordering.* Support café and function service delivery as directed.* Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.* Follow operational procedures, policies, and instructions from management.* Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.**What you’ll bring**You will be a customer-focused Cook with commercial kitchen experience, strong food safety knowledge, and excellent time management skills.
