ABOUT THE ROLE
\n
We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Care Support Worker to provide overnight support (inactive sleepover shifts) for a client based in Mona Vale.
\n
This role suits someone who is reliable, patient, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centred carein a home environment.
\n
As a Support Worker, you will be supporting a client in their home during overnight shifts, assisting with evening and morning routines, personal care, and providing companionship to ensure the client feels comfortable and supported.
\n
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
\n
- \n
- Assisting with bedtime routine and personal care and assisting with medications \n
- Morning shower assistance \n
- Feeding simple meals (as per their meal time management plan) \n
- Supporting with pad changes and hygiene care \n
\n
SHIFT DETAILS
\n
- \n
- Overnight inactive sleepover shifts. 5:30 pm - 8 am (or similar) \n
- 1 or 2 weeknights per week (Potential for more to cover leave) \n
- Located in Mona Vale, NSW \n
- Above-award pay rates for sleepover shifts \n
- Opportunities for additional work with other clients in the area. \n

REQUIREMENTS
\n
The ideal candidate will ideally possess the following:
\n
- \n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check(or willingness to obtain) \n
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) \n
- Certificate III or higher in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support \n
- Medication assistance competency/training or willingness to obtain with us \n
- Previous experience in home care, disability, or aged care support \n
- Reliable, compassionate, and committed to ongoing shifts \n
