ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As the Concession Manager of our Elka Collective concession at David Jones Queen St, you'll lead a small, passionate team in the heart of Brisbane's CBD, delivering a premium shopping experience that embodies the brand's modern, minimalist aesthetic. This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark in one of our key locations, driving store performance, fostering meaningful customer relationships, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining the visual excellence of the space.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Leading and motivating a small, high-performing boutique team
• Delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting client relationships
• Driving sales and meeting key performance targets
• Managing daily store operations including rostering, stock management, and visual merchandising
• Ensuring the boutique reflects Elka Collective’s brand standards and aesthetic
• Supporting team development through coaching and training
• Collaborating with David Jones and Elka Collective teams to maximize sales opportunities

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience managing a boutique or concession store, ideally within fashion retail
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building client relationships
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a small team
• Commercially minded and results-driven, with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a good eye for visual merchandising and brand presentation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
• A genuine appreciation for Elka Collective’s minimalist and contemporary style
