What You Will Be Working On

• You’ll support the day-to-day upkeep of the village, balancing general maintenance with outdoor tasks.
• General maintenance, minor repairs and routine upkeep
• Basic plumbing and building maintenance
• One dedicated day each week mowing and maintaining grounds
• Waste management and site cleanliness
• Logging maintenance tasks using an online system

What Type Of Person Will Be Successful

You’re practical, reliable and comfortable working independently. You take pride in your work and approach tasks with a steady, organised mindset.

You’ll bring:

• Experience in general maintenance or property upkeep
• Experience using mowing and outdoor equipment
• Basic computer skills
• A current driver’s licence
• The ability to manage your workload and priorities
• If you’ve worked as a Maintenance Officer, Groundskeeper, Handyperson or Facilities Assistant, this role will likely suit your background.
