This is a full-time permanent role reporting to the Site Supervisor, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of people and resources. SEE Civil are a certified 'Great Place to Work' and we have a great career opportunity available for an experienced civil Leading Hand to join our highly professional and skilled Civil Infrastructure Team. This is a We currently full-time permanent role working across projects in the South Gold Coast & North New South Wales.

Essential Skills and Attributes

Prior experience within the civil construction industry, ideally working across subdivision projects or similar.
The ability to read and interpret plans.
Strong safety knowledge and initiative.
Be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work as part of a team.
Have excellent communication skills.
Current driver’s license and Construction White Card.
