Areas we're recruiting for:
- Hardship Support - Assisting customers experiencing financial difficulty and coordinating tailored repayment solutions
- Collections - Managing arrears and negotiating repayment arrangements with customers
- Settlements - Processing and finalising loan or property settlements, liaising with brokers and solicitors
What you might bring:
- Experience in banking, lending, or financial services operations
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- A customer-first mindset, balancing compliance with genuine care for outcomes
- Prior experience in hardship, collections, or settlements is highly regarded, but not essential
