The Successful Applicant

A successful State Sales Manager should have:

• Proven experience in sales management within the packaging or food and beverage sector.
• Ability to liaise with cross departments and provide commercial input, particularly in product development and pricing.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
