The Role:

  • Manage portfolio local to the Inner West
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance
  • Conduct routine and outgoing inspections
  • Manage bond claims
  • Attend NCAT hearings when required
  • Maintain low arrears with a well-managed rent roll
  • Take ownership of your responsibilities with autonomy and accountability

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in residential property management
  • Current Certificate of Registration
  • Reliable car and driver’s licence
  • Positive energy with a proactive, switched-on mindset
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Forward-thinking approach when working with investors
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
