Business Manager ANZ

Sales Target Achievement:

• Develops country business plan & sales strategy to achieve sales target.
• Has the overall responsibility of the sales target.
• Manage working capital for pharma business unit in Australia & New Zealand which includes inventory management & customer payment collection.
• Implement & drive new business developments to achieve business growth.
• Maintaining and strengthening relationship with key suppliers and customers.
• Driving and leading through management of sales team and ensuring the achievement of annual sales target.
• To drive execution of commercial excellence initiative to maximize profitable revenue.

Reports Customers & Suppliers Relationship:

• Continuously develops the quality of CRM reports & assures CRM report from all relevant customer interactions with sales team.
• Provide sales forecasts Monthly and/or Quarterly reports to suppliers & management.
• Aligns local country strategies and Pharma regional core supplier strategies by Pharma BU.
• Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.

Human Resource Management:

• Together with Talent acquisition recruit and select a right qualifications & experiences staff according to staffing plan.
• Lead direct evaluate and develop a team to ensure that the business strategy and activities are implemented effectively and consistently.
• Ensure the remuneration structure is competitive above market average and reflect individual performances.

Others:

• Perform other activities as may be assigned by the supervisor.
