Around 3-4 of our contractors transition to the same role permanently each month!

What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum one year experience in residential property or building management with excellent references from previous employers
• QLD Certificate of Registration or full Real Estate Licence (for the property management roles only)
• Valid QLD driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Experience with one or more CRM systems (PropertyMe, Property Tree, Console Cloud, IRE, Inspection Express, MYBOS etc.)
Professional presentation, reliability and an adaptable mindset are essential. You’re someone colleagues would describe as dependable, positive and easy to work with and you approach challenges with professionalism and composure.
Temp NORTHERN SUNSHINE COAST Role
Remote/Hybrid/In-Office - In office
Position - Assistant Property Manager
When - ASAP, ongoing position
Duties - Open homes, routine inspections/entries, tenant follow up phone calls i.e. lease renewals
Software/s - PropertyMe
Days/Hours - 3 days per week - preferably Tues/Wed & Thurs - 9am/10am - 4pm
Parking - Street and easy to find a space
Company Car - No - you will be paid $0.98 per KM
Notes - Must have QLD COR or Real Estate License
