Legal Finance Manager

The Role

Reporting directly to the COO and Partners, you will manage end‑to‑end finance operations across the firm. Duties will include:

• Oversee all financial functions including billing, reporting, and audits
• Manage trust accounts in line with compliance requirements
• Forecasting and cashflow management
• Handling accounts payable and receivable, including debtor management
• Process payroll via Xero, including super and tax obligations
• Manage corporate credit cards and reconcile expenses
• Prepare financial reports and provide insights to Partners
• Work within LEAP practice management system

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience in a similar role in a law firm
• Strong background in trust accounting (essential)
• Confidence working autonomously and managing end‑to‑end accounts
• Accounting degree would be highly regarded but not essential
