Regional Growth Lead - North Sydney, NSW

As the Regional Growth Lead, you will be the face of the loyalty program within your region, partnering with consultants and leaders to embed the brand into everyday behaviours and team culture. You will lead activations, capability-building initiatives, and performance programs that increase member engagement, referrals, and commercial outcomes. This is a highly visible field-based role where your ability to inspire, influence, and drive adoption will directly contribute to the growth and success of the program.

Day to day:

• Drive loyalty program engagement, member acquisition, and referral performance across a regional frontline network by embedding the program into daily behaviours, team culture, and leadership rhythms
• Build capability and engagement through onboarding, immersion sessions, buzz nights, product training, Vehicles of Inspiration (VOI), Booster sessions, and consultant development initiatives
• Partner with Nation Leaders, Area Leaders, Operational Leaders, and Brand Leaders to champion adoption, strengthen frontline execution, and sustain program momentum
• Coordinate and deliver incentive campaigns, Accelerated Earn initiatives, customer events, banking partner activations, reward store promotions, and other engagement activities
• Monitor referral performance, member attachment rates, consultant behaviours, and accreditation outcomes, translating insights into targeted actions and recommendations for improvement

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

• Demonstrated experience in a field-based or frontline-facing role driving commercial, engagement, or program outcomes across a distributed or multi-site network
• Proven success building culture, capability, and engagement with frontline sales or customer-facing teams, including leading activation programs or incentive campaigns
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships with senior operational and brand leaders
• Commercially astute with experience analysing performance data, identifying trends, and translating insights into practical frontline actions
• Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, ideally gained within travel, retail, financial services, or similar customer-facing industries
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with knowledge of loyalty programs, customer engagement frameworks, or business transformation initiatives highly regarded
