Key Responsibilities:

• You will work closely with experienced Sales Agents, providing support across a range of activities.
• Liaising with buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals.
• Attending open homes, appraisals, private inspections, and client appointments.
• Prospecting through daily cold calling and door knocking.
• Assisting with lead generation and local area marketing campaigns.
• Providing general administrative support as required.

About You:

• No previous real estate experience required – full training will be provided.
• A current Real Estate Sales Registration is essential.
• Available to work Saturdays and occasional after-hours appointments.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Holds a current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Professional presentation with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
