Clinical Care Manager

P.J. Recruitment & Executive Search is proud to partner with Calvary to recruit a Clinical Care Manager for one of its Residential Aged Care homes on the beautiful Mid North Coast of NSW.

This is a newly created leadership opportunity. As the Clinical Care Manager, you’ll partner with the Home Manager to lead the home’s clinical operations, drive clinical governance, and help shape the future of the home.

• Lead and develop the clinical team.
• Drive clinical governance, quality and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team.
• Foster a positive culture where people feel supported, valued and accountable.
• Deliver exceptional, person-centred care for every resident.

The Leader We’re Looking For

You’re an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys developing people, leading by example and creating a culture where quality care comes first.

You’ll bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Leadership experience within Residential Aged Care.
• Strong knowledge of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Experience in clinical governance, quality improvement and compliance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for leading teams and improving resident outcomes.
