Team Leader Level Storeman - Inbound | Day Shift | Arundel | $40+ per Hour

We're currently seeking an experienced Team Leader Level Storeman with a strong inbound warehousing background to join a busy and growing distribution operation based in Arundel.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated warehouse professional who can lead by example, coordinate inbound operations, and ensure stock is received, processed, and stored accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily inbound warehouse operations
  • Supervise and support warehouse staff
  • Receive, inspect and process incoming stock
  • Ensure accurate inventory control and stock allocation
  • Liaise with transport providers and internal departments
  • Maintain warehouse safety and operational efficiency
  • Assist with loading, unloading and general warehouse duties when required
  • Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a Team Leader, Leading Hand or Senior Storeman role
  • Strong inbound warehouse experience in a busy environment
  • Excellent inventory and stock control knowledge
  • Experience coordinating warehouse teams and daily workflow
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude with excellent attention to detail
  • Current Forklift (LF) Licence preferred
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment
