About the Role

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Club Attendants to join our team on a casual basis. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll play an important part in delivering outstanding service across food & beverage, gaming, member services and venue operations, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and professional service across gaming, bar, café/bistro and floor operations
• Build positive relationships with members and guests through genuine hospitality
• Maintain high presentation, cleanliness and service standards throughout the venue
• Assist with day-to-day club operations and support various departments as required
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues with a positive, solutions-focused approach
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve operational goals
• Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG and venue policies and procedures
• Reliable transport required due to limited public transport availability after hours

About You

• Previous experience in hospitality, gaming or customer service roles
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Reliable, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Well-presented with a professional and friendly approach
• Current RSA & RCG certificates (or willingness to obtain)
• Flexible availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
