About the Role

• Work with clients across the lifespan, or specialise in your preferred age group or area of practice.
• Complete functional, cognitive and clinical assessments and develop individualised intervention plans.
• Support clients with a range of needs, including physical, developmental, sensory, psychosocial and functional challenges.
• Provide services across a variety of settings, including clinics, homes, schools, workplaces, residential facilities and community environments.
• Provide recommendations for assistive technology, equipment, home modifications and other supports.
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, support workers, educators, employers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage a flexible caseload with the opportunity to develop your clinical expertise in areas that interest you.

• $80,000–$130,000 + super, plus bonuses and incentives depending on experience.

What You’ll Need

• A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification with current AHPRA registration.
• Current and unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle for community-based positions.
• National Police Check, Working With Children Check and NDIS Screening Check, or willingness to obtain.
• A genuine passion for supporting clients to achieve their goals and improve their independence and quality of life.
